At first, I said that it looked more like it hated the entire planet. XD ..That is.. Until I spotted the rat silhouette. Though with those cute beady eyes, it makes me think that Mr. Frankenstein wants to hug the rat.
I can imagine a pink flower frame going around this. Yes. Everything is happy.
